Spring Wellness Tea
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lemon balm 
- 1 tablespoon nettle leaf or green tea 
- 2 teaspoons hawthorne 
- 1 cup pure water 
- Optional: 2 tablespoons natural sweetener 
Preparation
- Combine all solid ingredients in a small pot and add the water last. 
- Turn heat to medium-high. Bring pot to a low boil and simmer until the fruit is softened, about 15 minutes. 
- Cover and remove from heat for 5 minutes, then strain into a clean jar. 
- Add sweeteners, if using. 
- Enjoy!
